RETURNS.

Goods sold in good condition are not returnable.

Phones for all will not accept any physical damage returns from any customer after delivering the phone in good condition.

 

PAYMENT.
Customers who will like to purchase our product with their credit card should select WEBPAYMENT. this accept both local and international cards

For every webpayment purchase Phones For All will deliver the product to the address details provide by the customer during registration.

                                        WARRANTY  AND RETURN POLICY

Receipts must be presented

Phones with scratch, liquid or physical damage will not be accepted

Phone box with liquid damage or tear will not be accepted for swap.

Warrant does not cover accessories.

Phones can only be swapped within 7 days of purchase if found faulty

After 7 days of purchase, no device swap by faulty components only will be replaced through warranty.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        DELIVERY TERMS

Phones For All will only deliver to the address provided by the customer when making orders.

Customers can as well pick up from any of our outlet close to him/her after successful order.

Customers can as well send a third party to pick up orders on their behalf by providing the document stated below:

Valid customer and the third party ID;

Order details and customer Adress;

Phones for all will deliver to the address provided by the customer by default within 24hrs if customer didn’t ask for additional service
